Mild Yuca tastes Sensational with Mojo

This pleasingly mild, flavorful yuca recipe is a Hispanic staple. Tender GOYA® Yuca is drizzled with mojo, a classic Latin garlic sauce perked up with a touch of vinegar. With just 6 ingredients and less than 5 minutes of prep, you’ve got a wonderful, authentic side dish in a hurry!

3 tbsp.

GOYA® Minced Garlic , or 8 cloves garlic, finely chopped

⅛ tsp.

salt, or to taste

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the yuca according to package directions.

Step 2

In medium saucepan over low heat, add olive oil, garlic, vinegar, salt and oregano. Heat, stirring occasionally, until you just begin to smell garlic, about 5 minutes. (Do not allow liquid to simmer or garlic to brown.)

Step 3

To serve, transfer yuca to serving dish, top with mojo sauce.
