Shrimp Fajitas
Here your new favorite recipe! A nice change from steak and chicken, these shrimp fajitas are sautéed with the unique flavor of GOYA® Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce, for a spicy kick. These chipotle peppers are jalapeño peppers that have been dried, smoked, and then packed in a flavorful sauce made of tomatoes and other spices.

Ingredients

small red onion, sliced

small yellow pepper, sliced
1
small green pepper, sliced
1
small red pepper, sliced
1 lb.
large peeled deveined shrimp, tails removed

Directions
Step 1
Heat oil in large skillet set over medium-high heat; cook onion, and yellow, green and red peppers for 2 to 3 minutes or until slightly softened.
Step 2
Stir in shrimp; cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until starting to curl. Stir in chipotle, lemon juice and brown sugar; cook for about 1 minute or until shrimp are cooked through and well coated. Serve with flour tortillas, Salsa Pico de Gallo, and guacamole on the side.
Note:
Serve with shredded lettuce, shredded cheese and sour cream for fully loaded fajitas.
