<p><span>small red onion, finely chopped </span></p>
¼ cup
<p><span>medium tomato, finely chopped </span></p>
¼ cup
<p><span>packed fresh cilantro</span></p>

chopped GOYA® Fancy Pimientos

GOYA® Adobo Light with Pepper (50% Less Sodium) , to taste (optional)

Step 1

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Rinse and Drain beans well. Then in bowl of blender or food processor, put in the 1st can of beans along with the onions, tomatoes cilantro, cumin, garlic and pimientos. Puree until smooth, about 2 minutes.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Then add the remaining can of beans, olive oil and lemon juice into the mixture in the blender and puree until smooth, about 2 minutes.</span></p>
