With GOYA® Passion Fruit Cocktail and GOYA® Coconut Water, this Costa Rican inspired rum cocktail is a fun frozen cocktail that everyone will love.

Ingredients

1 cup

(from 16.9 oz. carton) GOYA® Coconut Water

1 cup
((from 33.8 oz. carton))

¾ cup

white rum

2 cups

ice cubes

Garnish - 6 fruit skewers:

dragon fruit wedges

pineapple, cubed

kiwi slices

Step 1

In blender, mix coconut milk, water, passion fruit cocktail, rum, lime juice and ice until smooth.

Step 2

Divide among 6 glasses piña colada. Garnish cocktail with a skewer of fruit such as dragon fruit, pineapple, cherry and kiwi.

 

Note: You can omit rum and substitute coconut water for a delicious mocktail.
