Frozen Pineapple Margarita
If you haven’t tried these fantastic Frozen Pineapple Margaritas yet, you don’t know what you’re missing. This delicious slushy cocktail is made in just 5 minutes with the sweet, tropical flavor of GOYA® Frozen Pineapple Chunks, blended with GOYA® Lime Juice, GOYA® Organic Blue Agave and GOYA® Coconut Milk, and, of course, tequila; a perfect drink to enjoy anytime, for any occasion. To serve, garnish each glass with a rim of lime, salt, and Tajín. And if you prefer a non-alcoholic version, just leave out the liquor, and it will be just as tasty. Directions
Step 1
Combine salt and Tajin or chile-lemón seasoning on small plate. Moisten rims of lowball or margarita glasses with a damp paper towel; dip glasses in salt mixture, tapping off any excess.
Step 2
In bowl of blender, blend pineapple chunks, coconut milk, lime juice, tequila, and agave together until smooth and slushy, about 30 seconds.
Step 3
Pour into prepared glasses. Garnish with lime wedges and serve.
Make Spicy Margarita: Blend 1 large seeded and chopped jalapeño into margarita mixture in step 2 to create a spicy margarita! Garnish with jalapeño slices.
Make Pineapple Margarita Popsicles: Simply pour margarita mixture into popsicle molds. Freeze for 4 hours until firm. Dip each popsicle into salt mixture and serve immediately.
