<p>Want to impress during your next grilling session? Prepare these unique <em>Chicken Wings with Chipotle Cashew Sauce</em> that are so easy to make! Chipotle Cashew Sauce

1 cup

<p>raw cashews</p>

pepper, finely chopped, plus 1 tbsp. sauce from 1 can GOYA® Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce

2 tbsp.

<p>finely chopped fresh cilantro</p>

Grilled BBQ Chicken Wings

4 lbs.

<p>split chicken wings</p>

1 tsp.

<p>brown sugar</p>

Step 1

<p><strong>Chipotle Cashew Sauce: </strong>Soak cashews in 1/2 cup water, lime juice and adobo seasoning for at least 4 hours or up to overnight.</p>

Step 2

<p><strong>Grilled BBQ Chicken Wings:</strong> Meanwhile, toss together chicken wings, mojo criollo, Sazón and brown sugar; cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to overnight. Remove chicken wings from marinade, discard marinade. Toss together chicken wings, oil and Adobo seasoning.</p>

Step 3

<p>In blender, purée cashews and soaking liquid, chipotle, adobo sauce and oil until smooth and creamy, adding up to 2 tbsp. water if needed for desired consistency. Stir in cilantro.</p>

Step 4

<p>Preheat grill to medium heat, grease grate well. Grill wings, turning occasionally, for 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is golden brown, skin is crisp and instant-read thermometer inserted into center reaches internal temperature of 165°F.</p>

Step 5

<p>Serve chicken wings with chipotle cashew sauce and celery.</p> <p>Note: Serve chicken wings with grilled corn, and celery sticks for dipping, if desired.</p>
