Chicken Taquitos over Tropical Slaw and drizzled with Chipotle Sauce

Taquitos
1 Box of frozen GOYA® Chicken Taquitos
Ingredients for Slaw
2 cups of finely sliced White Cabbage
½ cup of Mangoes (diced)
½ of Tomato (diced)
3 tbsp. of GOYA® Mayonnaise
1 tsp. of GOYA® Lemon Juice
½ tsp. of GOYA® Adobo with Pepper or to taste
¼ tsp. of GOYA® Crushed Red Peppers (Spices)
1 tsp. of Sugar
Sauce
¼ cup of GOYA® Mayonnaise
4 tbsp.of GOYA® Salsita Chipotle Chiles
1 tsp. of Sugar
1 tbsp. of Ketchup
Directions
| 1. | To cook the Goya Chicken Taquitos follow the directions behind the box. |
| 2. | For the sauce mix all the ingredients and save till the rest of the food is cooked. |
| 3. | To make the slaw just combine all the ingredients in a bowl, and toss gently. |
| 4. | In the center of the plate put the slaw then the Taquitos over and drizzle them with the sauce. |
